Are dungeons bugged?

So I've entered the dungeon (Sanctum) for the first time. I've tped back to the town to sell some equipment, and when I tried to tp back in, the game gets stuck on loading screen. I can hear my minions footsteps, I can press ESC and see the options menu but that's all. I've waited 5 mins or so to ensure if it was loading or crashed. It didn't load. This also happened 2nd time in the dungeon. I verified the game files since some people suggested that it might fix the issue. Well I don't have sanctum key, but I tried to another dungeon. It's something with the "keep" I think, where you swap between necro/fire resistance. Well, on the 3rd floor, I've ended up in a room with a note and there were nothing else. No doors, no teleports or anything.
I've never experienced this bug on scenario or monoliths, or arenas. But this happened 3rd time in a row on dungeons. This also prevents my progress since I can't craft legendaries. Does anyone have an idea if there's a fix for it? And does anyone know if the devs are looking to it?

I believe there has been a bug since the MP update yes

Save your keys for now, all of the dungeons are bugged in some way. Either doors to transition are unavailable or dont appear. Devs are aware and working on it. Wait for the next patch.
Using the town portal in a dungeon and trying to go back in results in a stuck state which can only be fixed by logging out and back in.
The only one I have managed to get through is T1 Temporal Sanctum, even that bugged out on me a few times costing keys.
Have to keep doing mono's till its fixed.

I see, thank you. I'll stick to the monoliths for now. Hopefully they fix it soon.

same for me , lost 4 keys today in diferent dungeons, 2 in sanctum....with 1 good thing... till now couldnt enter doors... now i cant enter the boss... thx all !

yep for me aswell. tried harbor again and standing in front of boss door again.. well im waiting since over a month until i can play again, cuz i cba keep playing when i cant upgrade my uniques and get my vault.

I wish I'd read this before losing 3 keys. I'd like to see the devs give out some TS keys when they fix this obnoxious bug. Game eating rare drop keys isn't cool.
