I don´t know, if you can refer to it or it actually is like a stat like Strength, Int, etc., for my build it is more like an "enhancer", --> an attunement.
I specced also passive attunement to make slots free, so I dont have to stack all 60 on my gear.
Would be nice, if this is possible for multiple classes, like an allround stat that synergizes with your build.
Many primalist and sentinel "caster" skills scale off of attunement instead of intellect, like the mage and acolyte.
It also gives +2 mana per point, although that is mostly worthless since you tend to care about regen and not total mana. There are certain passives which allow further bonuses based on attunement.
As far as I know attunement is the magic stat for all primalists and sentinels. If there is something else using it, I have not seen it.
Intelligence is basically the same thing but for mages and acolytes.
Bottom line is read your tags.
I give this person an award as this is the only needed explanation on the whole internet
