New Player - Couple of quick questions

Been playing ARPGs for over 2 decades now. Somethings stood out which I thought were prety much standard but I may be missing soemthing
- How do I enable enemies to show up on MiniMap(usually they show up as Red Dots in most other games)
- How do i highlight interactable/destructive items/objects? Muscle memory is telling me to press ALT but i coudn't find any settings...is this not a thing in the game?
- How do I auto pickup items on the ground? Running around clicking on items is hurting my wizened old fingers

1. You cant, i think this is to encourage exploration.
2. As far as I'm aware you cant.
3. You cant, I heard on a stream it kind of a way to slow down game-play a little.

I might "live" with (1) and (2).
But (3) is not a good enough reason. You need to precisely click on the item using the mouse - for people like me with carpal tunnel who use vertical mouse - its not as straightforward.
"Slow down gameplay" to introduce a bad design is very obvious misstep
