When will they fix rubberbanding and loot drops?

I get around 80ms-106(in bad times) ping in game. But I don't think I should have this issue while playing. Any fix for it?
Also, do something about drops. I never get items for my druid, but mostly necromancer, wizard or rogue(talking about uniques+)... This was not much of an issue before 9.0 update.

Very very few uniques are class specific, getting uniques that you don't want isn't the same.

Loot is very heavy weighted towards your own class. You'll see 20+ Idols for your own class before you see one for another, same with the other class locked pieces (Chests, helmets, some relics bases)
