Fall of Ledria quest echo won't load

Playing offline, and the Fall of Ledria quest echo (the first one in the Black Sun level 66 mono) won't load.

I don't get any error messages or anything, it just sits on the loading screen indefinitely with the loading circle spinning in the bottom right corner. Non-quest echoes in the same mono load just fine, as do quest echoes in other monolith zones.

I've got exactly the same issue with the Argentum Spire echo quest (second monolith). The weird thing is that I can hear my character moving and I can also cast spell "behind" the loading screen... I restarted my computer but still stuck !

Yup - exactly the same here, though from the sounds being played behind the screen, I can tell I'm still in the monolith launch zone, I can hear the sound of it raising and lowering as I move towards/away from it, it's like the quest echo isn't trying to load at all. Very weird!

Exactly same issue here, kinda big problem because it prevents me from progressing the maps.

Yes I had the same issue preventing progress, but went back the the first monolith 'fall of the outcast' and completed the first quest echo again, the fall of ledria quest echo would then load and i was able to complete it.
