Bug Turning in An Ancient Path Quest

I was playing with a buddy through the story and we both unlocked the mission at the same time. My buddy was party lead and when we came out of the rift, his quest updated but mine didn't. I went back through the rift and my quest updated, but now i can't turn in the quest to Chronomancer Lerinne. Has this happened to anyone else?
