General speaking, for me right now both looks kinda "great". As an avid Diablo Fan who grew up with the Series, Diablo 4 looks more like what i would've expected from Diablo 3. As a whole i did enjoy D3 greatly, but i missed some stuff from D2 like a proper skilltree. And it had others issue, some which was introduced at release and fixed later (AH) others which was introduced later (i really dislike the Smartloot thing).

Diablo 4 kinda looks (to me) a mix between 2 x 3 plus something fresh as well, kinda are intrigued by the open-world'ish concept (though it doesn't look as open world as Sacred as example), my Druid (which is my Favorite Class) is back etc. BUT the f******* online-only nonsense already kills me(D3 had that too, but atleast with console-version we got a offline-playable version), the whole Monetization screams to be abused, especially after we've seen what they did with Diablo Immortal etc. So i want to try / play Diablo 4 at one hand, but at the other hand i'm pretty sceptical for some stuff, and like i mentioned the fact you can't play it online is already a huge letdown to me. That will highly reduce my playtime (if nothing else is bothering me already) and enjoyment for the Game.

Last Epoch at the other Hand is kinda weird to me, because at one hand it also kinda reminds me at Diablo (2) (like Idols reminds me of spells/charms) but at the same time it's also something on it's own. It will (atleast that's what devs say) also have a proper offline-mode at release, which greatly will increase my playtime on both ends, and it also have quite some great ideas, like i really love the concept of each Skill have their own Skilltree, and the Talenttree is great too.

i got hooked on arpg after playing torchlight 2, got tempted by D3 and i feel disappointed.
the item "market" was WILD.
until now i feel kinda iffy on buying D4.
LE is good as a early access arpg. though some of the time it's simply unplayable XD.

For me, there is no debate.
First, because I already own LE, have been playing it for hundreds of hours, and never regretted my purchase.
Second, because D4 will certainly be an excellent game at the core, but destroyed by greedy monetization. I don't trust Blizzard, and I certainly won't support the practice of selling a full price product managed like a cancerous free-to-play mobile game.

EHG can be slow, but they dont break promises and listen to community;
ABlizzard become the worst gaming company pared to EA;
Epoch will be evolving in something better and bigger over time; I highly doubt Blizzard will do this to D4 cuz now they are losing money and their reputation in a**s. Hi Bobby.
D4 will probably (99%) not bringing ANYTHING new (just upgraded D3) and price is very terrible;
D4 regional restriction (hi Russia and China) due to political mind s**t;
Epoch have Abomination.

Its been over 3 years and the same bugs are still in the game my dude. Slow is an understatement.

Ill play the game that is more fun. Simple as that. If you care about some dumb politics that dont affect you, you would never leave the house or play half the games that come out. Every corporation and company is corrupt as ♥♥♥♥.

Also you play hero siege where the ceo literally said women arent good enough to be CEO's of a company and had a twitter meltdown on some random chick, so nice hypocrisy.

you dont even know what D4 will give you lmao. all you know is the good stuff they have shared, we have gotten 0 info about the bad and trust me there are always bad in every game

D4 is still 3 months away and if its launches in the same state as D3 back then we got at least another 6 months.
So why not use those 9 months to play LE?
