Using a skill then stuck, cant move, then die, anyone else experiencing this?

When I use a skill my character wont move, then I die. This is SUPER aggravating to the point I might take a break for a long time.

Is this a bug?

are you using a controller? sometimes this happens to me. I have to open the inventory and pick something up / put it back - then the controller works again.

If you're using a movement skill, sometimes the game hitches on repeated use and will freeze. Theres a sign this is happening, before it freezes the move will get laggy, once you notice this - stop using the skill until you switch zones, then you can use it again.

This seems to happen when using a skill/casting while moving somehow. Seems to be most common when using certain skills on right mouse button while issuing a move order with the left. Seems to unstick when you cast another skill

It is a bug introduced with the multiplayer patches. It's the main reason I have not been playing much lately despite wanting to. Two of my main characters get stuck this way. When It happens I can't use any skills or anything with this latest patch. It is weird that they keep doing these small patches but leave in a game breaking bug like this.
