Locust Master broken

I noticed that after unlocking Swarmblade's Locust Master today, the attack is not being replaced with summon locusts and is just a useless 8 second cooldown

There are no more small updates coming, nothing. Don't know how the game will prevail - with the prospect of PoE 2, Diablo 4 (maybe it will attack again?) and others...

1.0 release, and Locust Master is still broken. The skill goes on cooldown without switching to locust summoning.
