How to play multiplayer?

Can't find nothing in game, is just only invite option or can we do like D3 - open session and we can jump to other players game?
At the moment solution made by dev team is a bit strange IMO

Use Social Menu H or right click names in chat.

Now here except here did I ever find where it says you have to add friends in game, on LE's own separate friends list. You can't play multiplayer by inviting from my Steam friends list. Thank you so much for this.
