No I didn't the game is buggy af with the summon nodes. Have to restart the game to fix it when they break and just summon one type. Had the bug happen again after returning to town and then going back to the map. All of a sudden whatever the last type summoned becomes the only type you can summon (normal mages the second time I had it happen)
It's really annoying and seems to also effect regular skeletons.
The problem will be less prominent when you start running monoliths, since you technically never leave the one map there.
I've never seen it happen with the normal skeletons, but I run the node that cuts your summon limit in half and they rarely need to be resummoned.
I’m about to hit lvl 50. How close am I to end game?
You can even try them immediatly if you want. If your build is correct you should handle it without trouble, first monos are actually easier than the last chapters of the campaign.
Campaign isn't mandatory, once you've unlocked your bonus passive points and idol space. You'll eventually want to kill the current end boss for the +1 all stats but that's all you'll miss if you go directly into monos.
cool yeah as of right now my abomination one shots everything with 7-8k damage but I'm only just 50 and don't know what type of damage I'll need in monos.
you can start end game in chapter 4 once you reach end of time. you really only need to ge the passive and idol quest. no need to do the whole story.
once at end of time if you think your build can handle it you can just start end game from there. otherwise lvl up and grind out those passive and idols first
tbh give it a try HC or not. reason imo is HC in LE isnt HC. theres no perma death. same as poe. imo its pointless to call it HC when theres no perma death.
you already have a deathless tag on your char no matter what mode you start out in. imo its pointless to play HC with out perma death. and no im not the kind of gamer that will just delete my char cuz devs cant seem to give a TRUE HC mode.
one thing that EHG could do is give a SCHC (soft core hardcore mode) which is what it is in LE. and offer a true HC mode u die that char is done. thats HC to me
