Crashing In Keys

[2 Piles of Dogshit + Me/TTV]

After I use a key to access any kind of dungeon after about 5 minutes I freeze for a few moments where i can still hear my character making actions if i use a spell, then crash 9/10 times. Extremely frustrating.
I've repaired, uninstalled reinstalled, updated drivers, dusted out my pc and gpu and still no dice. Anyone had this issue or have any advice?
