Question about drop potential

I know that at it's rarest, uniques can drop with 4LP, but you have better odds of finding 20 creations for every one 4LP.

My question is : Can exalted items drop with more then one stat being T7?

Like i understand that your going to sell or shop for affixes on most exalts till you get one with a T7 in a stat you actually want.

But can in the strictest of rng, drop an exalt where 4 stats are all T7?

Sounds like months of fishing for BIS, but can it, never seen any screenshots or videos where someone shows off an item like that, can't find any developer notes about it. I'm just assuming it exists.

Like lets say it happens, it's most likely going to be all over the place like here's vitality, health per second, void resistance and melee fire damage, all t7, maybe for a spellblade or forgemaster.

Ideally i just want to know there's atleast a 0.00000001% chance i might one day find an exalted amulet with all 4 T7s as minion damage, minion health, intelligence and elemental resist.

I'm probably way off base, i also assume that 4LP doesnt really mean there's a chance at exalts with 3 t6-t7s and it's more just fuse the one t7 and the other random stats.

Exalted items can drop with upto 4 tier 7 affixes though this will be super super rare.
Also its 1 random affix transferred across per point of legendary potential.

EESH, so let me get this straight.

Getting a 1LP, maybe once every 4hrs.
Getting a 2LP maybe once every 8hrs.
Getting a 3LP maybe once every week.
Getting a 4LP maybe once a month.

Getting an exalt with 2 t7 maybe once a month.
Getting an exalt with 3 t7 maybe once every 4 months.
Getting an exalt with 4 t7 maybe once a lifetime.

Getting an exalt with 2 t7 that are for stats you actually want almost never.
Getting an exalt with 3 t7 that are for stats you actually want, never.
Getting an exalt with 4 t7 flawless bis, you'd have a better chance winning a billion dollars.

I lost even more faith in the upcoming circle faction.
