Lightning blast - a bug or not?

It seems that the lightning blast cast increases almost all attack stats. Is this a bug or not? I can overclock a mage with 100% crit chance, 100+% cast speed, several hundred % increase in elemental, magical and lightning damage each and other indicators. My poorly dressed level 60 mage does about 18k damage per lightning (if the numbers in the skill tooltip are correct). I don't use any more offensive skills, just lightning spam. Trash monsters die faster than they can run or shoot. The bosses are still not easy, simply because they have a lot of health.

The lightning is homing, I don't need to aim, it shoots off the edge of the screen, ricochets and creates an AoE explosion. And every cast increases my offensive stats to incredible proportions. The whole company and all rifts pass the same way - teleport to the front (receiving buff damage), strengthening the arcana (for 4 spells, plus a lot of barriers, plus damage, plus hast after the end, cd 1.3 seconds) - lightning spam for a couple of seconds - annihilation of the entire screen. Strengthening the arcana ends - I get a hasta, I run forward, I repeat. I have about 500 barriers every 1.3 seconds, plus a teleport barrier, plus a fire shield barrier if needed.

Either the game is too easy, or I found the terminator.
