Skills from the bar are gone -.-

Whenever I switch maps my skills are off the bar and in Swarmblade form I can't transform back because the skill is off the bar too.
Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution?

Same problem here, pretty annoying but you can workaround fix it by opening a town portal go to town and come back to the zone. Or running to safety and equipping human form to transform back, which should reset the bar, although this doesn't always work, so good luck with that.
