LE-51 an unknown error occured！

I have encountered some problems. What is the error of LE-51? When I click online, the error prompt will pop up directly

Having the same issue. I assume its a server thing. LE's website says "Account services unavailable" so I'm assuming we cant verify login credentials until that message goes away.

I've had it since the new patch. No fix. Haven't been able to try out new patch at all.

There are a number of reasons for this bug. Could you work with me to figure out what you are doing.

If you purchased the game from our website some time ago (before the 0.9 patch), then you might need to migrate your account over to steam. You can do that here: https://migration.lastepoch.com/

If you have already done that, it could be a username-taken error on registration. Try registering with a different username.

Otherwise, if you get me more info, I will do my best.

I have got the same LE-51 error.
Just started the game the first time and I am stuck on the screen where I have to choose a name. On clicking submit the error occurs.

I purchased thru STEAM after the multiplayer update. I did try several other unique user names and I still get the LE-51 error.

I had this error. Tried a couple of names. Didn't work. Tried a random string of about 15 letters and it decides to work. I'm in but with a unpronounceable gibberish screen name

I should point out that the player log was claiming the error was "User service error: ACCOUNT_UPDATE - Invalid username format. Username should only contain alphanumeric and underscore."

The name I was trying to use was of course made up of only alphanumeric characters.

At least my problem is solved: The Nickname DerNiggo did not work. Variations containing Niggo did not work as well.

I was able to play without issue yesterday (Sunday April 2nd).
