Chat automatically blocking all messages

My chat is blocked and saying that "No racist or extreme language will be tolerated in last epoch chat" out of the blue. I wasnt saying anything extreme at all. Was just answering some questions from chat. Anyone else got that?

I think the chat filter is a tad, let's say, "overtuned" right now :) I got it too for the word "slaughtering"... in relation to the enemies in the game, rofl... pretty accurate description of what the gameplay is ;) If they don't want us to use the language of violence in game chat, they should take the violence out of the game!

Unbelievable. And their support channel is absolutely inexistant. I can´t even report anything because I get a 404 error like the support site is down. Even trying to log in on the website gives me an error all the time. They insist that we can only login via steam and i try it with no success. Honesly i dont know what these guys are thinking with this abysmal support.

Are you able to send messages right now or it is still blocking everything?

I found a workaround only for the Global chat. Send the messages by typing /global manually and it should work. As for the shispers or tells, no luck at all. We can´t talk to people in private.

I've sent a ticket through their support site like 3 days ago, they still havent responded or even sent an email acknowledging that they got my ticket. At any rate I think its not an account issue, but rather a very sloppy chat implementation. Should be fixed at some point.

Their chat police algorithm gives false positives, I don't know why. Then again, I have no idea why a game dev decides to even filter my chat with a friend I make. It's pretty bad design, no reason to interact with chat in this game anyway.

I don´t even care about it anymore. They took so long to fix it that i'm already done with the game again before they could even fix it.

There's nothing new in the game, its the same from 0.8 so it gets old real fast.

I also have no idea how can it be so messed up. It's so bad that it looks like a prank. Anyways, good luck with the struggle, boys, i'm done until they introduce more content to endgame.

i have this problem today, every my message in chat are banned, even if i write "hello!" or link an item. Do you solve it?

Heya, fortunately, after the game got 1.0 I sent a ticket to them and they fixed it fairly quickly. I suggest you do the same! Before 1.0 i think they were having trouble with support tickets and did not even respond mine regarding this problem. Now it has improved!

Thanks, I already solved this problem a couple of days ago by writing to tech support. After the request, the chat was fixed for me within an hour.
