Shield Bash DPS

Has anyone been able to make shield bash a viable damage dealer? I think the only way would be via forge guard with ring of shields with the proper nodes, shields form a wall increasing width of SB and the two charges node to the consume all charges for extra dmg. Maybe Proc both off lunge. I dont feel like running the campaign for the 100th time to make a forge guard so hoping maybe someone has one lvled up they can test. shield bash get bonus dmg from block chance if im not mistaken. so bastion of honor would most likely be the shield choice or maybe build into dmg reflection
