This is a scam
Stay away and don't buy. The faster people realize this is a scam the faster it will collapse.

There is no way in hell from when I bought this to today why there is so little improvement even if it was a 2 man team.

Just enough added so the die hards sell the scam for them.

POE2 and Diablo 4 will be out before this gets to 1.0 and it will still lack basic feature and be sold for 80 bucks.

The stuff that is missing for so long is mind blowing.

You've been fairly warned.

Except that the game does better than most games that have been created by many more people lol

It is true that the content takes a long time to come out. But we see that the quality of the game is also there.

Yeah this game is pretty bad ngl. Even Wolcen was more enjoyable and that game was a mess.

As far as i heard steam itself increased prices on some games, so it was made by valve not the devs's decision

Onward VR is a scam. This one is yet to be seen.

Yes it's not like expanding the game engine to work for multiplayer would be a massive workload that would also require a vast amount of internal testing before being released. Netcode is afterall the most simple aspects of game development. /sarcasm

Either they take their time and release a (somewhat) stable and not to buggy version of multiplayer, or they rush it and release an unfinished mess. Either case, angry little manbabies will ♥♥♥♥♥ and cry and kick their figurative feet around like the entitled Karens that they are.

Doing Multiplayer instead of making the game great & finished has been a big mistake.

The game was a PC VR military simulator game here on Steam. When they "upgraded" to the 1.8v of the game (while retaining the early access tag, and using it as an excuse) they decided to add crossplay with the Quest VR headset of Facebook, a far less powerful system. And PC players were forced to use the Quest version, which meant worse graphics, worse sounds, worse gameplay, worse IA for PvE... and having your ears pierced by 10-12 years old kids in a game were communication is key.

They kept the 1.7 version as a beta branch for a time, which meant dev for the pc version of the game was completly dropped. Recently they took away the 1.7v, so now is mandatory to use the 1.9v (with a prettier ammo box!!!) to play, which is still miles away technically from the 1.7.

By the way, the game is still in early access, being published in 2016. So yeah...

I've gotten 110 hours out of it and still continue playing. The game has been developed way faster than Path of Exile for example. And I for one am pretty happy with the speed of content additions.

People really have zero clue how slow game development is, especially for indie studios.

At this point in the development time, Path of Exile back in the day was like 2 acts, lol.

It took several years of development before Path of Exile got enough content to properly compete with other hack'n'slash ARPG's.
