I did that like 100 times, still didnt work.. even going windowed on display mode isnt changing to windowed so i cant drag it to my main screen
(1) Exit the game (if not already).
(2) Navigate to C:\Users\"YourUserName"\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
*The AppData folder is hidden, which you'll need to make visible in the folder options if you don't already.

(3) Delete the le_graphicsmanager.ini file and its backup (if one exists, which is the BAK file of the same name).
(4) Start the game and a new graphics settings file will be created. Hopefully the game starts on the appropriate monitor.
Also, make sure nothing has changed in your Windows display settings (for multiple monitors) and that your main display is labelled as such within it. Good luck.
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
And delete the files there, careful you don't delete the save folder. Try the game again!
If you're on Win11, you can type " resolution " without the quotes when you click start, a window will pop up showing you all the monitors you have connected. Make sure your monitors are set correctly, you can click and drag them around, if you want to align them. You can also click on one of them, then click on the drop down button "multiple displays" and make sure you have the correct main monitor set.
You can also click "Windows Key + P" and click "PC Screen Only" (whatever the first option is for you) this should switch to your primary monitor, it will turn off the second display and force everything to the main screen, that should show you which monitor is your main. You can go back to showing both if you do the same key combo again and go to "Extend"
You can also get Display Driver Uninstaller "DDU" to uninstall your GPU drivers. This is slightly more advanced as you should do it by putting your PC into safe mode. You can try without it if you don't know how to get into safe mode. DDU will find all relative files and delete them, you just have to specify what kind of GPU you have in the drop down menu for DDU. If you don't do it in safe mode, it might not be able to delete the files, which is why it's done in safe mode.
Good luck!
JUST IN CASE:
If you do switch to your main monitor using the window key + P, and get a black screen for whatever reason, you can click "Windows Key + P" then just click P again while holding the windows key, you can click P multiple times, once you want to commit to any of the options, even if you can see what it is, let go of the Windows Key and this will switch to that option.
