Getting Option A-C for Graphic Settings

Have restarted game and reinstalled. Nothing is changing. This wasnt like this before, options actually showed what the changes were. Selecting a different option does absolutely nothing. Cannot change graphic quality, resolution, etc.

Your graphics settings have been corrupted. To fix it do the following:

(1) Exit the game (if not already).

(2) Navigate to C:\Users\"YourUserName"\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
*The AppData folder is hidden, which you'll need to make visible in the folder options if you don't already.

(3) Delete the le_graphicsmanager.ini file and its backup if it exists (the BAK file the same name).

(4) Start the game and a new graphics settings file will be created. You can now change your settings as needed.

I have the same problem but there is no le_graphicsmanager.ini file
