Is there anyway I can trade the Amulett for the gloves? Or how do I get the gloves now?
Getting them with a new character?

You'll have to start a new character to get the Avarice[www.lastepochtools.com] gloves if you instead chose to receive the Gambler's Fallacy[www.lastepochtools.com] amulet.
