Delete account and register again?

Hey all, i never played the game, and I did not know the account name would be the name displayed in public in-game chat. So I prefer changing it to something else.

Did anyone here ever delete the linked account to steam via website and were able to make another one (under steam too ofc)?

I've just sent a ticket but if ppl already done it safely i'll not wait for the answer from the company.

I imagine you've already contacted support[support.lastepoch.com], but yes they'll be able to change your account/display name.
