Loot Filter Page Crashes, Won't Show or Close Menu

All my loot filters are gone and I have to alt + f4 to close out of the game because I am unable to close out of the loot filter page.

I have the same problem, cant use filters, and cant close the filters menu

FIXED:
I know this is late on the subject, but adding this in case other people get this issue:

Fix:
Alt+F4 to Exit the game.
Go to AppData\LocalLow folder and delete the Eleventh Hour Games folder in there.

Note:
You will lose your filters saved in there and will need to make them again. So I suggest making a backup of the xml file once you recreate your loot filter.
