Affix level requirement

Hey, so I'm poking around things and thought someone may find that useful.
Here's a list of affix tiers and character level each combination requires.
The format is:
Char level requirement: (number of combinations that require this level): {tier lists}
Each tier list is just tier numbers 1..5 (0 means "no affix at all") times four (cause of max four affixes on an item).

So, without further ado, here it is. I made it to build better loot filters (i.e. now I know the best tier "combination" for each level):
