How many passive points will I get...
...if I reach max level (100) and do all the quests that grant passive points?

Prior to patch 0.7.10, the maximum passive points was 117. Patch 0.7.10 removed passive rewards for 4 quests so 113 is currently the max passive points at level 100 + all quests completed.

I imagine the change is to accommodate Chapter 9 when it releases so it can have quests that give passive point rewards. Or possibly a later re-balancing of passive rewards game-wide. Though, this is all speculation on my part.

Ok thanks. This is helpful because I see a lot of builds out there with considerably fewer. That is fine (the build can be feature complete without hitting max level) but it is interesting to know how much space there is for other stuff.
