Passive tree point limit lockouts ?

Hi all,

I've been playing around with passives and i came across this issue and wonder if its game intended or a glitch...

I'm currently playing a level 89 paladin. my allocated points are:

- Sentinel - 24
- Void Knight - 0
- Forge Guard - 25
- Paladin - 45

Now the issue I'm having is when I attempt to put more points into FG, it allows me to use points. but does not increase the 25 points spent and does not unlock the tier 30 based nodes and skills.

Is this because we are blocked out from allocating certain amounts of points per passive tree to limit the potential of " Overpowered builds " or is this a glitch?

Hopefully some of you have noticed the same issue and might have some feedback to add.

u can only unlock fully ur class tree, as u said its a balance thing

once you select a mastery, you can put as many points in it as you want and it will keep showing a higher number, above the limit. This may be for future use, with new skills above the current limit!

However the other mastery trees are kind of locked. You can only go to level 25 in them. Yes you can put more points in, but it won't be shown as the limit is 25. So you could put 40 points into that tree and it will only say 25, because that's it level limit.
