Which oo heavy moon are the best for each element + burst art question

Hi,

Kinda was wondering which oo elemental heavy moon are the best and from which to get them. I already got the oo divine from anubis, the oo from Ra/Bennu, i heard there was a better oo spark heavy moon than shock ring ex, but i can't to find it in the weapon tree.

Also was wondering if there was a better oo frost heavy moon than the. Frost Ring Ex, im currently working on getting the heavy last blueprint from the oracle assault mission but i'm not sure if the last rank has oo frost on it. If it doesn't can someone let me know so i dont waste my time on that assault mission ?

Also wanted to know if there is an equivalent 4 skill slot heavy moon to the evil one buster blade whuch has no elemental modifier, as i might use such a weapon to grind abandonned god arc so i can upgrade my oo elemental god arc and install them with proper skill.

Also wanted to know which skill to use if i wanna maximise the roaring axe burst art since from what ive observe it does a lot of damage very quickly and is spammable. Dunno if there is any better, but with oo elemental weakness + weakspot + breaker burst unit and a acceleration trigger that boost my burst art damage, i usuallly got around 1k damage on each damage number that pop up on screen whenever i use. The roaring axe burst art.

If there is a better one, let me know. Heard apocalypse axe was good, but i usually get more damage using roaring axe even on the training dummy (around 4k or 5k damage pe cast)

Sothis EX(the new one from ash storm anubis), Frozen Ring EX, Shock Ring EX, and Nepthys EX are the best elemental moons at the moment. There's currently no 4 slot raw moon because for whatever reason you can't make Phym's, so Goliath EX is the best raw moon.

The training dummy is elementally neutral, not a weak point, and can't be downed, so it can't accurately gauge the damage of any art that gets bonus damage from those effects. For instance, Lunar Orbit does about 40% more damage when used with an appropriate element, and Apocalypse Axe does 100% more damage on a downed target.
