Sleepy Vajra?

Hi I'm was going through the normal certification missions and after I had beaten the 5th mission I got a pop up that said "Hint- Sleepy Vajra received".

Now I have no clue what this is as I have looked through the terminal and I also googled it to no avail.

Does anyone know what that is
