Switch Pro Controller problems

Steam has the option to swap the X/Y and A/B buttons when using a nintendo controller (that way the prompts on-screen will match the controller). Obviously I have that turned off because it swaps the button mappings and screws up bindings.

This game however treats my controller as if the option is turned on. It took my a while to figure out that my controls were swapped and that's why they felt so weird. I actually had to go into the controller configuration and swap them back manually.

Anybody else have this issue? (Who am I kidding, nobody uses a switch controller...)

Yeah, was looking for a solution for that, too
