Can you get all Engage effects from NPCs/bots?

I want to complete my Engage effects but every online player I come across is using the same Engage (including me too to be honest). Do the NPC characters have every engage effect so that I can get them even if I don't do online assault missions?

Yes, I think you can. But as you unlock more and more, it will get harder to get the last ones, because the bots select them at random. It will take some luck getting the last remaining few.

Thanks for the reply. I don't really like playing online so knowing I can get them all offline is great.

It's very very hard and super luck based, example...

one of the bot like "silva" with "Bolstered Bulwark" skill, Imagine that she is the only one that carry the "Bolstered Bulwark" while compare to the "Protective Cover" that you can get from many bots like gabriel, lorenzo, nora, owen and takeru.

And also some player may found silva often or not at all even wasted about 200hrs while some player may found silva often even she's 1:120+ in the bots and never found ayumi even once.

Yeah, I have started playing the game recently (68 hours in 5 days) and the odds until now seem to be pretty bad to be honest but I guess I will have to grind for the rest. They are the only thing that is left for me to collect in the game but as you said I also get the same engages all the time like Enraged Tyrants, Sky Diver, etc. I just wanted to ask to be sure that I can get them eventually but then I felt stupid asking this because how would real players get them if you can't get them from bots

I guess engages are not very balanced so people always pick the same engage, which makes harder to get them from real players as well. Checking the list, there is Enraged Tyrants for example, and then there are 2 engages giving half of what Enraged Tyrants give.
