How do I unlock the Claire outfit?

I haven't been able to figure this out, and there seem to be no guide for it that I can find ><.
I thought for sure it would be the resonance mission things, but boy was I wrong.

You can unlock the main characters' outfits (Claire, Lulu, Hugo, and Zeke. Keith I don't remember if you get his outfit from Rank 7 or Another Devil though) by doing all of Rank 7 missions as well as get their weapon builds (Main characters' weapon builds as well as Ricardo's). I believe you can get Neal and Kieth's weapon builds if you finish Another Devil episode.

I believe each character has a set of missions for you in Rank 7.

Yikes. What's the weapon build part of this equation? I never could have guessed it was this much of a struggle :)

just let it flow, there's no need to struggle

To be clear on the weapons builds, once you've gone through the Rank 7 missions you'll be able to craft Claire's spear, shield, and gun. As well as the other characters' weapon build/equipment.
