Anyone know where to start character episodes?

Finish rank 6 story, then do the unlocked story mode and finish that, then finish Claire's story which will unlock the rest for you to do/grind.

After you finish the main story, finish the Another Devil story in Extra Episode. This will unlock the Core Engage story which begin the character episode starting from Claire's story

They have little yellow word bubbles over their heads when they are ready to do the Core Engage stuff. Run up to them, then you can see their progress and such, most have their first mission right away, then again at... 20%? 50%? I can't recall, it varies per character.
