I am not sure if they will add it in future or not. Your best bet is starting over. I don't want to give false hopes.
Luckily 1.20 gave me the option to at least hide the 'visible flaws'

But now at least my char will not have too see, or hear how bad he turned out, and he have headphones too.
So at least I can do the last remaining 'cert missions' with him. It were/is a quite nice game, but not on the 'must play it from the start again!' good, as the story will not change anyway.
It is the poor thing I dragged through the game after all. I don't want to 'replace' him.
