Where do I get it? I am guessing it is rank 4, but I am not sure which mob drops it

Rank 4 mission called "VIP-Only Route". EDIT: I derped. This isn't an area mat. It's actually from a mob in that mission. Not sure which as the description doesn't say which it comes from.

Also shows up in the also Rank 4 optional mission named "New Missions"

When selecting missions you can bring up a list of drops in that mission.

(small -medium - greater) Fibers and crystals are dropped by any aragami of that size. Medium fibers or crystals drop from a mid sized aragami like kongou or gboro-gboro of the proper rank.
