Because all you do is either way for the Burst version or buy the base now and get slapped again with rebuying the 2nd one.
So we talked about DLC expansion instead.
Not version update which already planned.
The question will it really happens?
GE3 doesn't seems to be that popular due it being cramped between popular game.
Undoubtedly we know that Code Vein is the main cause and it also suffers from development.
Problem is that I have nothing against the remaster; if anything, it's GE3 which is suffering from this, due to the it's base price arguably high (toukiden 2 may be older, but it has waaaaay more content than this game).
For a hunting game I hoped for more. We essentially had 10-15 aragami types with just higher material ranks, which is very sad.
Exactly. For now we can only hope bamco support will be enought to enrich this game, as it seriously need new content already.
2 major updates will be planned in spring
2 major updates planned in summer
we dont have clear date when they will come out but they will come out
https://ge3.godeater.jp/update/next.php
info is in Japanese but the face value is there
why are we not getting a "burst" edition simple would you want to repay a fullpriced game thats basically an expansion?
also Aragami bullets arent useless (they are useful as F since some weird aragamis are infact weak to their own element)
Burst Gun has been replaced with Ray Gun for better or for worst
Aragami Bullet is really strong if used properly.
Feels bad for people who bought GE1.. then GEB then GER.
That's like 3 times purchasing full game although GER was cheaper in PSN
I paid $65 and got more bang for buck than I did buying 2 AAA titles. God Eater Re-releases add alot and aren't very expensive. I'm fine with theirs because atleast I got my bang for buck. Free is awesome too.
Taken from the dev stream on 2/4/2019:
- A BIG balance patch
- Added Class Certificate Missions which rewards new accessories and adds new Aragami species such as Amun Ra
- Player class levels for the above missions will be displayed on the avatar card
- New hairstyles and NPC Costumes for avatar (with colored variants)
- Skin Color can be changed mid-game
- Passwords can be added to Assault Missions
- Faster hub walking/running speed
- Faster shield deployment
- Reduced knockback for both Regular and Perfect Guards
- Mid-Air Guard Turning comes back
- Reduced time for Charge Devour and faster motion speed after all devours
- Adjusted activation requirements for certain Acceleration Triggers
- Buster Blade: Add Advanced Guard Cancel
- Short Blade: Add Advanced Step Cancel and Advanced Jump Cancel
- Long Blade: Quicken the cancel timing after launching Impulse Edge, raise Zero Stance's activation speed
- Charge Spear: Shorten weapon charging time
- Variant Scythe: Lengthened input window of Variant Scythe's Burst Art "Hell or Heaven" (Ground BA 7 in the doc)
- Terrain no longer blocks Recovery or Link Burst bullets
- Nerfed Ashborn devour frequency (so they don't devour like every other attack)
- NERFED HAVAKIRI (but until then we have to suffer through her 100% full power)
- Nevan's HP parts adjusted
Faster shield deployment: Personally I find the shields speed fine as they are so making them deploy faster sounds interesting.
Reduced time for Charge Devour and faster motion speed after all devours: Didn't really use Charge Devour so wouldn't be too fussed but the faster motion speed has me wondering if that's referring to quick devours working faster or you can move sooner when it's done.
Adjusted activation requirements for certain Acceleration Triggers: Curious to know what they'll change and if for better or for worse.
Otherwise sounds good, gonna miss Havakiri, pissed me off as much as any player but was a good target to practice with.
Well, I can say that I do have fun when I can keep wacking its head to death when its bound finally break though.
