I played it through in order so 1,2,3 and I wouldn't mind replaying 2 but replaying 1 is out of the question unless it's a coop playthrough but anything is fun with friends
GER/GE1 is nice in it's own sense imo. I played it after GE2RB and the lack of OP blood arts/bullets really threw me off and made me play the game properly. It instead has unique devours which can apply different buffs. Also would recommend if you end up liking any of the characters you meet in the Far East and want to know about their story.
GE3 combat system is very fast and it is more suited for quick gameplay. If you like to take your time play GE1 or GE2RB.
First 2 games are more oriented towards ranged while GE3 is melee oriented and semi-limited ranged.
GER is worth getting if you choose to care for the story. It has 3 games in 1. From start to finish(minus the japanese material we not japanese people don't have access to). It's the least balanced game and is extremely easy compared to GE2 and 3.
GE2RB has the same combat as the game GER remastered, Burst, and has all the monsters, mechanics and characters from God Eater Burst along with it's own cast added on(plus rated T fan service WINK WINK). It has the hardest bosses of the 3 games and the longest(slightly dragged on) story with tons of side stuff to comb through. It doesn't have 2 weapons GE3 has but melee can actually play in that game without insane builds.
GE1 and 2 are heavily gun orientated, play melee only at your own risk at higher difficulties as most weapons aren't very good against most bosses due to the balance of the game shifting greatly to guns.
GE3 is the most balanced of them all and has the best gameplay due to alot of well polished choices for the game's weapons(minus one weapon but its been getting buffed). Content is still incoming but it'll take time. Most of us are waiting.
