Borderlands Advanced Settings Tool safe?

Hello there,

can someone tell me if this tool is safe to use without getting a ban by Steam and or VAC. Maybe someone knows the creator of the tool and can ask him that question?

It Just seems to be a utilitry for changing the game settings, there doesn't seem to be any cheets or anything.

Where you able to find a download for it?

I found a dead sourceforge page and some dead links for download but no program.

I got it from a link here in the Steam forum. If u want that tool too I can search for the link again.

I been using the tool for a while now and not had any trouble with it, all it does is change graphic settings you can download it here.
