1) You can glitch your way through the armory floor without setting off any of the timers
2) You can also farm Crawmerax numerous times (Mordecai's Scavenger COM makes Crawmerax drop even more loot if he has it equipped)
How would you explain her talking with the heroes while they're on the bus before receiving their ECHO devices from claptrap?
Angel can talk through basic communications devices as well - she isn't limited to the Echo net; but other methods aren't as stable.
That is answered eventually in Borderlands 2. No spoilers.
No, it's not. We know how she communicates in BL2, but the bus scene at the beginning of BL1 doesn't fit that.
You're assuming the heroes have implanted communication devices in the bus scene. There's nothing which tells us this.
Play the story, then play Knoxx, Knoxx, Knoxx...There is no escape!
