Can't Travel to the DLC maps

two days ago i installed Borderlands 1 again (im owner of a Game of the Year Disc Edition; its the cutted german version) and i can't Acess the DLCs. I used the Borderlands Granting Tool to get the Game in Steam to play with Friends, activated and Installed the DLCs via Steam but if i want to Travel to an DLC map (in Sigleplayer) i am back in the Mainmenu with an error message which says, that I want to travel to a Map, i don't own.
I reinstalled it and checked the integrity of the local files, which both didn't solved the problem

I have the same problem and got this responce from 2K:

Erklärung: Die deutsche Version von Borderlands 1 oder 2 ist geschnitten. Steam stellt diese Version als Download zur Verfügung.
Die DLC's wie Sie von 2K an Steam weitergegeben werden, kommen in ganz vielen verschiedenen Versionen. Es gibt beispielsweise die deutschte Version (die ebenfalls geschnitten ist), die englische, russische, amerikanisch (nicht-geschnittene) uvm.

Steam ist dafür verantwortlich, dass das richtige DLC für das richtige Hauptspiel zum Download angeboten wird.
Anscheinend ist Steam hierbei ein Fehler unterlaufen, d.h. Sie haben Ihnen eine unterschiedliche DLC Version gegeben, als eigentlich für Ihr Hauptspiel gedacht war. Dies führt zu den Kompatibilitätsproblemen..

Which simply means Steam gave you the wrong DLCs and are to lazy to fix the problem.

Can't we somehow open a thread and bombard these pissheads with the same request - to fix this issue - from multiple ppl?....
I mean opening a discussion probably won't do any good and I've already wrote to Steam support about this multiple times on multiple occasions...

That won't help. They obviously don't know how to fix it. 2K is on it. They promised to explain to Steam what the problem is and how to fix it. I am personally not going to give up on 2K. But talking to Steam? Hopeless!
