The controller tree - I have only spent points in the three left most sections, Diva, Inner Glow and Hard to Get. The others don't really seem to be all that useful to me, and I think points are better spent in the elemental and assassin trees.
Phasewalk is just so, so useful - spend points in reducing cooldown, and restoring health when you are in phasewalk.
Spend points in increasing your shield capacity, damage caused by weapons, accuracy etc.
You can experiment. Once you have spent skill points, tried it out and not liked the result - just respec.
Study the wiki - here is the page on the skill tree;

HTH. And yes, do google for Lilith builds - everyone has a differnt style of play so it is useful to see what others have done.
Thanks for that mate.
I thought the answer would just be pretty much "This tree & that tree", so I appreciate you taking the time to go through it in detail.
Cheers bud - always useful to hear what works for experienced players :)
Not a problem. Lilith really is a great character to play. Might be a bit of a wimp in the early stages, but not in the higher levels. It is quite amusing to come out of phasewalk near a vehicle, and the blast turning it over - quite possible at the higher levels. Doesn't do enemies much good either :)
