Runtime Error (please help)

I've had borderlands GOTY Edition for a while and for some reason I am not able to run it. On start up, it turns into 3 seprate runtime errors. I dont know what to do, considering this is the only game in my steam library that i'm unable to play. Please help.

Go http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us end install NVIDIA PhysX System Software. or reinstall.
