Are stock guns and Rose shields against the rules?

I may or may not have two modded stock guns and a modded rose omega shield, are they against the rules or does everyone have them like it is on xbox?

Most modders play single player, a few play private games but for the most part not many people like playing with modded games since they can take all the fun out of the game.

The Rose is a Pearlescent Shield manufactured by Anshin while the Omega is another Pearlescent Shield but is manufactured by Atlas both were introduced to the game in The Secret Armory of General Knoxx.

The Rose Omega is a Scorpio modded Stock Pearlescent Shield with a 2,147,483,647 capacity and a milisecond recharge rate created by a modder in WT, the shield is make up of three shields The Rose, Omega and Ironclad.

Alot of people refer to it as the godmode or the crybaby shield.

And yes people use it on all systems Pc, Xbow and Ps3.

Most people have them but I know I rarely ever use my non-legit items. It seriously defeats the point of playing the game.

blog.gib.me nuff said. download save editors for which ever ones you have. Google le gibbed weapon codes. For Borderlands 1 tho since the developers didn't really fix stock weapons it easy to build by urself once u learn how to. I have stock guns, and EXTREMELY op tediore ammo regen guns that I built (the tediore guns do not one hit kill because I want some sort of challenge.)

It's really easy to build your own "legit" constructed guns (best possible parts) and also improve looted guns by changing out parts. Add a "Shredder" prefix or title to any gun and it instantly becomes more powerful with literally no other changes. You can also raise the level of a gun you love but sucks now due to being level 40 when you are now 69. A lot of good uses besides just making "cheat" gear.

I got Willowtree and tried it out, sure am happy I made a copy of my save as the first try I fried it I am no sure what I did, tried to set some weapons to my level (12) and add 20K money, some how I wound up with $9,999,999 and level 69, it still showed level 12 when selecting but was level 69 in game, the weapons were still low level because I did not click save changes as I altered the level. I tried to fix it, made it worse, got even more skill points. I deleted that and replace the file, the next attempt worked, I got my 20K extra cash and my fave weapons to my level. Did not try the prefix thing but in time I likely will as well as add some weapons I have never seen in all the hours I have played. Right now I think not as I am playing a PC I never played, Lilith. Anyway guys thanks

before I retired from this game, those Stock Shotguns were absolutely hilarious to use against certain bosses (ie "Skagzilla", "Crawmerax")
