how to Unstuck myself

sometimes i get trapped in random tight spots... How do i get unstuck without restarting the game?

Suicide. Grenades or rocket launcher helps with this. You lose a little cash and progress but you're unstuck.

Grenades and Rockets can also push you around, so if you can jump, jumping when a Grenade or Rocket blows up will let them push you, and possibly let you escape.
