Lan co op hamachi Steam version with Pirated version

Hi, I have the official Steam version of the game. But a friend of mine have the pirated version. Is it possible to play together? He has version 1.4.2.1 while mine is 1.5.0. I looked for a way to downgrade but didn't find any.

Thanks for the reply but we eventually did fix it :D
My friend downloaded a newer version(1.5.0.0) which was harder to find :P
For the hamachi part it worked without problems.

yes, it's quite easy:

1. make your friend purchace legit version
2. play

He has the ps3 version so he's not all evil :P
