It's pretty good if you use the sniper rifle more like a combat rifle, for close rapid fire, as some players do. Also has a chance to spawn with an elemental accessory if I recall.

well, if you're gonna use a sniper rifle like a battle rifle. the Dahl Penetrator is the one to go with.
