Scavenger sniper mission

I can never find the sight for the sniper mission in Arid Hills, can anybody tell me where it's at?Thank you

what character are you playing as? and more importantly, what type of Sniper Rifle (elemental/non-elemental) are you using???

I am currently playing as a siren, but I couldn't find the sight for the scavenger mission with my other three characters either . I don;t think it matters but I'm currently using just a plain long sniper.

it's probably hidden somwhere either in or around the rocks somewhere. I had a similar problem looking for an SMG part for a mission in the Dahl Headlands, thinking it was directly above Scooter's Runner spawner, when it was actually hidden in a nearby abandoned vehicle.

Thanks, but I gave up again, just wasting too much time for something I probaley won't even use. I just wanted the mission points and its just driving me crazy ,life is too short!

first piece is at bottom of shack on ground 2nd is on right side behind shack 3rd is laying in plain sight on bench on pathway and last is on roof of shack jump on tank then up on roof

Don't forget to use your compass. The loot icon grows bigger when you approach the items in question. Helps out a lot in Scavenger missions.

Isn't the sight laying in the pile of trash on the bottom level of the area? Just check the marked location, I think it was in there:

Pretty much all of the scavenger missions have clips on Youtube showing you exactly where to find the parts. Some are indeed very hard to find. I applaud the determination the guys solving it had!

The compass only shows you the general area in the scavenger missions. They fixed this in the Borderlands 2 by adding a circle around the marker on the map.
