but i am playing the DLCs before de second playthrough, i think theres no real need to play the second playthrough unless u wanna have the 'original' experience for the game, a used to play in the NG+ only when iam chilling
BL2 is a more polished game (in my opinion), but is also different in tone, being brighter, zanier and somewhat less realistic (relatively speaking of course).
I personally think BL2 is the better game, but once you've played it (assuming you like it) then the rest of BL1 will pale a bit in comparison.
If you've never played any of them, I'd personally suggest starting with BL2, but since you've already played BL1's main story, I'd say finish that first.
