I want to get into borderlands, is it worth it to start with the first one?

The only borderlands I played was the "tales of the borderlands" Like the telltale walking dead series. I liked it. Worth playing borderlands 1-2-3? or should I just start with the 3rd one?

I started the game multiple times never really finished it. I would really like to though.
I guess if you never played any in the series it is better to start with the first because as far as I know (2 and 3) have some quality of life improvents, some gameplay changes etc. So I'm not sure if you would be willing to come back to first after playing those. Perhaps for the story and different areas.

Yes, for me I still play (solo) B1. Even after all these years, the fun is still there... Enjoy!

Start with 1 ("chronically" order is 1-presequel-2) and also keep in mind that the "tales of the borderlands" is a completely different (style/kind of) game.

Yes!!! First is alot of fun, then presequel is rather interesting and 2 also very good, they are all worth playing, I loved tales of borderlands too.

Yes!Sadly main storyline sucks in Bordelands 1,but first borderlands has very cool DLCs(sorry if my english sucks)
