Mad mel not spawning
On the mad mel quest and he is not spawning or his cut scene is not triggering? Level 19 Soldier.

[Edit] Turns out restarting the game and going into the arena for a bit killing the other runners fixes it.

I'm stuck in front of the gate that leads to Claptrap after killing Mad Mel and the gate won't open...
